Salary: $163,000 – $331,200 per year

• Build secure and performant AI platform services that power the Copilot experience.

Requirements

• 10-12+ years of technical engineering experience with professional proficiency in C, C++, C#, Java, or Python.
• 6+ years of people management experience.
• Must be local to the Seattle area and able to work in the office 4 days per week.
• Extensive experience building distributed systems and scalable services on public cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Deep understanding of systems architecture, ranging from bare-metal hosts to containers and networking.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI frameworks, LLM deployment, and scaling AI models.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, design-driven cycle.
• Expertise in database architecture including RDBMS and key-value stores.
