Salary: $286,270 - $365,600 / year.

What you will do

• Lead and manage cross-functional, geographically diverse engineering teams.
• Present technical concepts and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and develop engineering talent.
• Design and architect scalable developer platforms, internal tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop and maintain A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Define technical roadmaps and strategy for developer experience and experimentation platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Ten (10) years of experience with building and maintaining large-scale distributed systems and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Ten (10) years of experience in software engineering.
• Four (4) years of engineering management experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Three (3) years of developer experience and platform engineering.
• Three (3) years of experience with A/B testing platforms and experimentation frameworks.
• Two (2) years of experience managing multiple teams with direct reports.
