What you will do
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial job posting to offer negotiation.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier IT talent.
- Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define needs and streamline recruitment workflows.
- Maintain and analyze recruitment data, reporting, and pipeline metrics.
- Promote the employer brand and ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Recruiter in the fintech industry.
- English proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (B2+) required.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technology stacks, and market trends.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Exceptional assessment, interviewing, and candidate sourcing skills.
- Ability to work effectively within the Central European Time (CET) zone.
