Focus on driving strategic hiring initiatives, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and ensuring top-tier talent acquisition in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Location: Must be based in Europe (including UK, EEA, and specific non-EEA countries like Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Armenia, Montenegro, Turkey) or able to work within Central European Time (CET).

What you will do

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial job posting to offer negotiation.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top-tier IT talent.
  • Conduct screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define needs and streamline recruitment workflows.
  • Maintain and analyze recruitment data, reporting, and pipeline metrics.
  • Promote the employer brand and ensure a seamless, high-quality candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a Recruiter in the fintech industry.
  • English proficiency: Upper Intermediate level (B2+) required.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technology stacks, and market trends.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Exceptional assessment, interviewing, and candidate sourcing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within the Central European Time (CET) zone.

  • Strong background in passive talent sourcing methodologies.
