What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and product roles including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.

• Manage the end-to-end candidate experience to reflect a culture of transparency and excellence.
• Utilize data to track pipeline health, conversion rates, and overall hiring velocity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in-house or at an agency.
• Strong track record of delivering hires for technical roles like software engineering, machine learning, and DevOps.
• Exceptional sourcing ability with a focus on smart search and effective filtering.
• Strong communication and selling skills to engage and close candidates.
• Proactive and process-oriented mindset capable of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Must be based in North or South America.
