What you will do
- Design and optimize top-of-funnel merchant lifecycle processes, from lead generation through account discovery.
- Define lead routing logic and automation triggers to ensure efficient funnel progression.
- Manage cross-functional projects involving Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams.
- Track attribution and funnel conversion to surface actionable performance insights.
- Collaborate with Business Systems to maintain Salesforce data integrity and tool efficiency.
- Train revenue teams on new processes and tooling changes.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (administrator experience preferred).
- Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and business intelligence tools.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with marketing automation platforms like Pardot or HubSpot.
- Familiarity with lead routing (RingLead, LeanData) or data enrichment tools (Clay, ZoomInfo).
- Understanding of lead scoring and attribution frameworks.
