What you will do

  • Design and optimize top-of-funnel merchant lifecycle processes, from lead generation through account discovery.
  • Define lead routing logic and automation triggers to ensure efficient funnel progression.
  • Manage cross-functional projects involving Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Product teams.
  • Track attribution and funnel conversion to surface actionable performance insights.
  • Collaborate with Business Systems to maintain Salesforce data integrity and tool efficiency.
  • Train revenue teams on new processes and tooling changes.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (administrator experience preferred).
  • Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and business intelligence tools.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms like Pardot or HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with lead routing (RingLead, LeanData) or data enrichment tools (Clay, ZoomInfo).
  • Understanding of lead scoring and attribution frameworks.
