What you will do
- Own end-to-end revenue performance reporting, including funnel conversion, onboarding, and retention metrics.
- Design and maintain executive-level dashboards to surface actionable growth insights.
- Lead go-to-market operational design, including territory planning, lead routing, and capacity modeling.
- Govern the revenue tech stack and CRM architecture, ensuring data integrity and effective workflow automation.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between BD, AM, Finance, and Product to scale commercial operations.
- Mentor and develop junior team members within the Revenue Operations function.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Strategy.
- At least 2 years of experience in a senior or lead capacity.
- Proven expertise in managing CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, or HubSpot at an architectural level.
- Strong command of revenue analytics, pipeline modeling, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in data tools including Google Sheets/Excel, with strong preference for SQL and BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Ability to partner with VP and C-suite stakeholders to translate strategy into operational execution.
Nice to have
- Background in fintech, payments, BNPL, or marketplace business models.
- Hands-on experience with CRM automation and API integrations.
- Experience in revenue forecasting, quota setting, or incentive compensation design.
- Experience scaling a RevOps function from an early stage.
