• Lead change and enablement efforts by supporting UAT, guiding users through new features, and ensuring smooth rollouts of Salesforce enhancements.
• Stay ahead of the curve by continuously exploring new Salesforce capabilities and recommending improvements that help the platform scale with growth.

Requirements

• Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, paired with analytical expertise and the ability to manage multiple priorities and make data‑driven decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3–5 years in Salesforce administration/configuration (certifications preferred), with a background in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments and exposure to Sales or Commercial Operations.
