Salary: $165K – $205K

What you will do
- Design and execute GTM objectives including capacity planning, sales segmentation, and international expansion frameworks.
- Define and implement KPIs to deliver predictive insights that drive business performance.
- Lead growth programs covering pipeline generation, territory management, and incentive compensation structures.
- Prepare and present business reporting for GTM leadership, executive management, and the Board of Directors.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and drive internal process transformations.
Requirements
- Must be able to work on-site in New York City or San Francisco.
- 4+ years of relevant experience in GTM/Revenue Operations, investment banking, or management consulting.
- Advanced analytical capability with strong Excel and modeling proficiency.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to manage deliverables from start to finish.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into narratives for executive audiences.
Nice to have
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
- Experience with Salesforce or other GTM/BI tools.
