Salary: $165K – $205K

What you will do

  • Design and execute GTM objectives including capacity planning, sales segmentation, and international expansion frameworks.
  • Define and implement KPIs to deliver predictive insights that drive business performance.
  • Lead growth programs covering pipeline generation, territory management, and incentive compensation structures.
  • Prepare and present business reporting for GTM leadership, executive management, and the Board of Directors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and drive internal process transformations.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site in New York City or San Francisco.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in GTM/Revenue Operations, investment banking, or management consulting.
  • Advanced analytical capability with strong Excel and modeling proficiency.
  • Ownership mindset with the ability to manage deliverables from start to finish.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into narratives for executive audiences.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS company.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other GTM/BI tools.
