What you will do

• Partner with account executives to validate and demonstrate AI solutions tailored to customer pain points.
• Explain complex technical concepts like LLMs and Generative AI to diverse stakeholder groups.
• Build scalable content and training materials to support the broader revenue team’s AI-focused initiatives.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback on AI Studio capabilities to product teams.
• Conduct high-impact technical demonstrations and strategic discussions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting or similar customer-facing technical roles.
• Solid understanding of AI, LLMs, and their practical business applications.
• Experience supporting strategic deals and managing complex product objections.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering product demonstrations and presentations.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be able to work from the Munich office on a regular hybrid basis.
