Salary: €95,000 – €165,000 plus equity

What you will do
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with consultancies, system integrators, and tech partners.
- Achieve revenue targets through referral, co-sell, and resell motions.
- Equip partners with product knowledge, sales training, and marketing materials.
- Manage partner operations including deal registration, commission payouts, and tier structure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive partner success.
- Refine partnership strategy and requirements to align with broader company goals.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, sales, or business development.
- Fluency in English (C1+) and German (C1+) is required.
- Must work onsite at the Berlin office daily.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
- Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership of complex projects.
- Strong interest in the potential of AI to transform enterprise work.
