TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or relocate to Berlin, Germany (Onsite)

Salary: €95,000 – €165,000 plus equity

What you will do

  • Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with consultancies, system integrators, and tech partners.
  • Achieve revenue targets through referral, co-sell, and resell motions.
  • Equip partners with product knowledge, sales training, and marketing materials.
  • Manage partner operations including deal registration, commission payouts, and tier structure.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive partner success.
  • Refine partnership strategy and requirements to align with broader company goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS partnerships, sales, or business development.
  • Fluency in English (C1+) and German (C1+) is required.
  • Must work onsite at the Berlin office daily.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to take ownership of complex projects.
  • Strong interest in the potential of AI to transform enterprise work.
