TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (SaaS): Leading relationship management and revenue growth for key communications platform customers with an accent on consultative sales and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on driving complex analytical sales cycles, managing forecasting, and identifying upsell opportunities within the ISV and mid-market portfolio.

Location: Remote, United States. Not eligible in CT, NJ, NY, WA, PA, or the SF Bay Area (including San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose). Hiring is also excluded in CO, HI, IL, MD, MA, MN, VT, and Washington D.C.

Salary: $132,192–$183,600 (based on geographic location)

What you will do

  • Manage and expand high-value ISV customer accounts.
  • Execute account strategies to drive revenue, gross margin, and profitability.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, finance, support, and services teams.
  • Conduct consultative sales cycles using data-driven insights and discovery.
  • Maintain sales pipelines and forecasts using Salesforce.
  • Present business guidance to executive management.

Requirements

  • Total of 8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in strategic or major account sales.
  • Proven track record in managing revenue and gross profit for enterprise customers.
  • Experience managing business forecasts and financial models.
  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and business leadership.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Domain expertise in DevOps, Fintech, or Telecommunications (CPaaS, SMS aggregators).
  • Experience selling software/SaaS, PaaS, or through ISV partners.
