What you will do

• Conduct primary research and data analysis to support strategic initiatives for the Asset Management department.
• Manage cross-functional projects by collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Product teams.
• Participate in client conversations to develop relationships and progress institutional deals.
• Contribute to the development of business plans, execution roadmaps, and regular performance reporting.
• Support internal operations and contribute to the prioritization of product features and process automation.
• Translate complex requirements into actionable insights for FIG business leads and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in traditional financial services (banking, asset management, capital markets, or wealth management).
• Working knowledge of risk, compliance, legal, and regulatory considerations in asset management.
• Strong research, analytical, writing, and presentation skills.
• Track record of managing cross-functional initiatives related to institutional product delivery.
• Comfort engaging directly with institutional client leads and internal leadership.
• Knowledge of computer science principles and basic programming skills in Python, R, Java, or SQL.
