What you will do

• Conduct primary research and data analysis to drive strategic initiatives within the Financial Institutions Group.
• Manage cross-functional projects by collaborating with Sales, Product, Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams.
• Participate in client conversations to foster relationship growth and secure new business deals.
• Support the prioritization and development of business initiatives and product feature roadmaps.
• Contribute to strategic proposals, client presentations, and business execution plans.
• Facilitate internal knowledge sharing and operational efficiency across the department.

Requirements

• 4-10 years of experience in traditional financial services (banking, asset management, capital markets, or wealth management).
• Working knowledge of risk, compliance, legal, and regulatory considerations in the financial sector.
• Strong analytical, research, and presentation skills with an ability to communicate complex concepts.
• Track record of managing cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
• Basic programming proficiency (Python, R, Java, or SQL) and familiarity with computer science principles.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• 1 year of experience in an institutional-focused crypto business.
