What you will do

• Define and evolve the virtual experiences strategy, covering webinars, digital product launches, and customer education sessions.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of virtual programs from conceptualization and planning to production and analysis.
• Design audience-relevant formats that go beyond standard webinars to capture the attention of enterprise buyers.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to align event messaging and audience targeting.
• Measure and report on program performance, evaluating engagement, pipeline influence, and overall business outcomes.
• Establish and document best practices to create a scalable digital events engine.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or virtual events within an enterprise SaaS environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs independently.
• Proven track record of end-to-end virtual event management including strategy, production, and analysis.
• Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to optimize event performance and business impact.
• Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority across multiple departments.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA (E-Verify employer).

Nice to have

• Experience working in AI, CX, or highly technical B2B categories.
• Familiarity with global or multi-region event strategies.
• Experience with dedicated virtual event or digital experience platforms.
