TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Driving adoption of safe, frontier AI systems by securing strategic deals with digital native enterprises with an accent on consultative sales and market expansion. Focus on building high-value partnerships, navigating complex stakeholder ecosystems, and translating AI capabilities into measurable business impact.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to London, UK for hybrid work (25% in-office requirement)

Salary: £195,000 – £280,000 GBP (OTE)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outbound prospecting to launch and deal closure.
  • Design and execute innovative sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed revenue quotas.
  • Spearhead market expansion by identifying and capturing high-potential customer segments and use cases.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform and influence future product roadmaps and feature development.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, product, and marketing teams to refine the value proposition.
  • Develop and iterate on sales playbooks, templates, and best practices to optimize team productivity.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in emerging technologies or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
  • Experience presenting and building connections at all levels, including C-level executives.
  • Strategic and analytical approach to assessing market landscapes and dynamics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain an organized, tactical sales pipeline.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is available for qualifying candidates).

Nice to have

  • Deep passion for and experience working with advanced AI systems and LLMs.
  • Strong understanding of AI safety and ethical development implications.
