What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing new logo business in the enterprise segment.
- Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for a portfolio of CX, CCaaS, and AI products.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with potential clients and strategic sales partners.
- Conduct deep discovery to identify customer challenges and map solutions to strategic objectives.
- Stay current on competitive landscapes, industry trends, and product capabilities to act as a trusted advisor.
- Collaborate with technology and internal teams to articulate value and ROI through tailored use cases.
Requirements
- Must be based in South Africa with deep knowledge of the local Customer Experience market.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, specifically selling to organizations with 500+ seats.
- Demonstrated experience as a hunter, comfortable managing end-to-end sales processes without daily supervision.
- Strong understanding of CCaaS and AI digital solutions markets.
- consultative sales approach with the ability to navigate complex business and technical discussions.
