What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end sales performance, including new and existing business development.
  • Execute sales strategies to meet targets for exhibitor numbers, stand sales, and sponsorship inventory.
  • Maintain high activity levels, including outbound calling and conducting face-to-face meetings.
  • Manage the rebook process in collaboration with the Event Director and Show Manager.
  • Produce accurate revenue reports, forecasts, and maintain detailed records within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure successful event delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in exhibition or event sales.
  • Strong track record of hitting and exceeding personal sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems for managing performance and pipeline.
  • Solid understanding of stand sales, sponsorship, and rebooking processes.
  • Must have existing right to work in the UK, as sponsorship is not offered for this role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing event floor plans.
  • Knowledge of the automotive events industry and competitor landscape.
  • Experience working with exhibitor marketing campaigns.
