What you will do

• Drive commercial activities and revenue growth across the DACH region.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, stakeholder mapping, negotiation, and closing large-scale deals.
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to design feasible, value-based solutions for Fortune 500 shippers.
• Translate global corporate strategy into regional action plans and provide local market feedback.
• Develop scalable sales processes, including pipeline management, forecasting, and deal reviews.
• Represent the company at industry events and panels to advocate for sustainable transport technologies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise sales and business development.
• Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with Fortune 500 companies.
• Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.
• Deep understanding of logistics, supply chain, or sustainability-related technology.
• Expertise in solution selling and total cost of ownership (TCO) modeling.
• Willingness to travel frequently for customer engagements and industry events.
