What you will do

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting independent hotels and groups to drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct consultative virtual client presentations to articulate the value proposition of the platform.
  • Represent the company at industry events as a brand ambassador to build influential networks.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle independently.
  • Provide actionable field feedback to product, marketing, and leadership teams to influence business strategy.
  • Cultivate strong post-sale client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and generate referrals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a high-performing consultative sales professional.
  • Deep understanding of the hospitality technology ecosystem and PMS software.
  • German language fluency.
  • Proven track record in driving ARR growth within the mid-market hotel sector.
  • Expertise in pipeline management using Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build independent pipelines.
