Salary: $190,000 – $218,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead and inspire an executive team of Vice Presidents across Sales, Support, R&D, and Professional Services.
• Own and deliver the division’s net revenue and EBITA growth targets (full P&L accountability).
• Define and execute the Business Unit’s AI strategy for product integration and operational adoption.
• Partner with management to establish long-term technology strategies across all product lines.
• Shape software delivery, implementation, and customer adoption to drive retention and expansion.
• Identify and develop opportunities in new and adjacent public sector markets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of general management experience in a vertical market software company.
• Prior experience at VP level or above with multi-functional leadership scope.
• Software background required (candidates without one will not be considered).
• Must be based in the US or Canada.
• Strong preference for experience in K-12 education, public sector, or government software markets.
• Proven track record managing organizations of 80+ individuals.
