What you will do

• Achieve established net revenue and EBITA growth targets for the business unit.
• Lead and inspire an executive team including VPs of Sales, Support, R&D, and Professional Services.
• Develop and oversee the business unit's AI strategy and long-term product technology roadmap.
• Collaborate with the M&A team to source and evaluate potential acquisition targets.
• Supervise the integration process for tuck-in acquisitions to ensure operational success.
• Provide regular business performance briefings to the Group Leader and COO.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from South Carolina or New York, USA.
• Proven experience in executive leadership and managing large-scale, cross-functional teams.
• Strong background in strategic planning, business development, and M&A execution.
• Ability to travel to remote offices and meet with customers as required.
