What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle for enterprise opportunities in North America including prospecting and contract negotiations.
- Identify, pursue, and close new strategic accounts while deepening relationships with existing enterprise customers.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to ensure delivery of high-value outcomes.
- Maintain accurate forecasting for pipeline and performance in a long, consultative sales environment.
Requirements
- 7–12+ years of experience selling complex B2B SaaS or professional services to enterprise customers.
- Strong understanding of the IP industry, including patent search, analytics, and legal tech workflows.
- Proven history of consistently exceeding annual sales quotas.
- Strong professional network within corporate IP departments and law firms in the Bay Area.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and effectively.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or Engineering.
- Existing network within patent offices.
