TL;DR

Location: Must be based at or be able to relocate to the New York (US) or Toronto (Canada) offices

hirify.global is a startup building a reinforcement learning platform that enables businesses to tune, evaluate, and serve specialized language models.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery and outbound to negotiation and contract signature.
  • Partner with Research and Engineering teams to tailor technical demos and build personalized pilot proposals.
  • Cultivate relationships with senior stakeholders across AI, data, and engineering departments.
  • Design and implement innovative sales strategies to identify new use cases and customer segments.
  • Track pipeline activity and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams to help shape the roadmap.
  • Represent the company at industry events and strategic briefings.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site in New York or Toronto.
  • 4–5+ years of experience in a commercial/Account Executive role selling technical products.
  • Proven experience selling machine learning or data products to senior technical stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of exceeding annual quotas of $1M+.
  • Ability to grasp and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
