What you will do

  • Manage a defined book of business consisting of credit union clients.
  • Engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to understand their challenges.
  • Maintain account plans that align with client goals and hirify.global's growth goals.
  • Partner with other teams including product, marketing, and customer success to deliver seamless client experiences and lead long-term value and implementation.
  • Exceed sales targets by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and credit union market dynamics.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful sales experience with experience expanding existing relationships and revenue opportunities
  • Background in Financial Services, Technology, or related field sales
  • Credit Union experience
  • You understand corporate financial priorities and the plans designed to deliver revenue and profit expectations
  • You have experience delivering double digit revenue growth by solution selling
  • You can interact with key areas across customers' organizations, including marketing, account acquisitions, risk management, and collections.
