What you will do
- Win new business and manage the full sales cycle within the Canadian financial services industry.
- Design and execute strategic sales plans tailored to complex financial institution procurement cycles.
- Build and manage deep relationships with diverse stakeholders, including executives and IT procurement.
- Identify and capitalize on new use cases for AI in banking, insurance, and research.
- Collaborate with product and GTM teams to refine market positioning and value propositions.
- Provide actionable feedback from the Canadian market to inform product roadmaps and features.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Canada financial services sales (banking, insurance, or fintech).
- Deep understanding of Canadian financial regulatory frameworks and procurement processes.
- Proven track record of managing complex deal cycles and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong analytical and strategic skills to adapt sales tactics to regional market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored for C-level executives.
- Professional fluency in English is required.

- Professional proficiency in French.
- Prior experience or passion for advanced AI systems and their ethical applications.
