What you will do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive prospecting strategies in coordination with business development resources.
  • Identify and engage ideal enterprise customers within the assigned territory.
  • Lead complex sales campaigns from discovery to closure, ensuring all customer requirements are met.
  • Manage pricing and contract negotiations in partnership with sales leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale sales processes and enhance market strategy.
  • Establish and maintain strategic C-level relationships across major accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing and quota-carrying experience in enterprise software sales.
  • Proven track record selling into large Latin American companies.
  • Availability to work aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
  • Strong experience establishing and maintaining C-suite relationships in the SaaS market.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume pipelines in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Deep understanding of the ICM, CRM, and SaaS technology landscape.
