What you will do

  • Qualify prospective accounts and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and presentations for key enterprise stakeholders.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Collaborate with marketing and SDR teams to develop effective territory plans for net-new accounts.
  • Leverage channel partners to identify and nurture prospective opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM data to ensure transparency and accountability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS to enterprise B2B prospects.
  • Proven history of managing full sales cycles and meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the office in Sydney, Australia.
  • Eligibility to work in Australia without visa sponsorship is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Strong business acumen and professional presentation skills.

  • Experience selling IT operations software or similar technical solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
