What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the UK territory.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new enterprise accounts while expanding relationships within existing customers.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations to highlight the value of data observability solutions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive a cohesive client engagement approach.
- Manage partner relationships with ISVs and GSIs to accelerate deal velocity and revenue growth.
- Lead complex contract negotiations and address client objections effectively.
Requirements
- 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience with Fortune 500 companies.
- Proven track record of driving and closing complex sales cycles in data-related fields.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings, trade shows, and events.
- Strong technical aptitude in databases, data warehousing, cloud infrastructure, and ETL.
- Experience using Salesforce and advanced sales automation tools.
- Comfortable communicating complex architectural concepts to data engineers and CDOs.
