What you will do
- Generate 100% of pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and account-based approaches.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial discovery and technical validation to negotiation and closing.
- Engage Director and VP-level stakeholders in Engineering, DevOps, and Data organizations.
- Rigorously qualify all opportunities using the MEDDPICC framework to ensure high-quality pipeline.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to manage technical proof-of-concepts and ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain 85%+ forecast accuracy and execute disciplined quarterly territory plans.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US with ability to travel 25-35% of the time.
- 3-5 years of success in mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of 100% self-sourced pipeline generation and consistent quota attainment.
- Hands-on experience with MEDDPICC or similar structured sales methodologies.
- Strong understanding of open-source technologies, data infrastructure, and cloud services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executive-level presence.
