TL;DR

Location: Based in London, UK (Hybrid role)

Salary: £160,000–£190,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Manage, coach, and direct the EMEA Field Marketing team.
  • Develop a trusted partnership with regional sales leadership to support territory and pipeline needs.
  • Execute annual integrated field marketing strategies, leveraging global campaigns and regional insights.
  • Introduce innovative lead generation and pipeline acceleration approaches.
  • Track and report regional budget allocations and campaign KPIs to marketing leadership.
  • Ensure strategic alignment between marketing activities and sales business segments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of marketing or sales experience in tech, preferably SaaS.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Deep experience with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and Pardot.
  • First-hand knowledge of sales and customer success operational workflows.
  • Strong project management, data-driven decision-making, and execution skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
