What you will do

  • Own pipeline impact and revenue outcomes for the Central European region across prospect and strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute integrated regional marketing strategies including ABM programs, executive events, and virtual experiences.
  • Partner with Sales leadership and BDRs to define account prioritization, engagement strategies, and success metrics.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve campaign targeting, personalization, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze program performance in Salesforce and Hockeystack to make data-driven decisions on budget and channel focus.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt and amplify campaign efforts within the region.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in field marketing, events, and ABM within enterprise SaaS.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Proven track record of influencing revenue outcomes and supporting high ACV multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Demonstrated success in strategic planning and project management within fast-scaling environments.
  • Analytical mindset with experience connecting marketing activities to pipeline performance.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing regional marketing budgets.
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms, marketing automation, and data platforms like Hockeystack.
  • Experience building programs or processes from scratch in ambiguous environments.
