What you will do
- Own pipeline impact and revenue outcomes for the Central European region across prospect and strategic accounts.
- Develop and execute integrated regional marketing strategies including ABM programs, executive events, and virtual experiences.
- Partner with Sales leadership and BDRs to define account prioritization, engagement strategies, and success metrics.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve campaign targeting, personalization, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze program performance in Salesforce and Hockeystack to make data-driven decisions on budget and channel focus.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt and amplify campaign efforts within the region.
Requirements
- 6–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, specifically in field marketing, events, and ABM within enterprise SaaS.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Proven track record of influencing revenue outcomes and supporting high ACV multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Demonstrated success in strategic planning and project management within fast-scaling environments.
- Analytical mindset with experience connecting marketing activities to pipeline performance.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.

- Experience managing regional marketing budgets.
- Familiarity with ABM platforms, marketing automation, and data platforms like Hockeystack.
- Experience building programs or processes from scratch in ambiguous environments.
