TL;DR

Head Of Field And Event Marketing (Global): Building and optimizing global field marketing strategy and event portfolios to drive demand and pipeline, with an accent on Sales-Marketing alignment, GTM planning, and data-driven performance measurement. Focus on developing regional GTM plans, managing a diverse event calendar, and scaling high-quality lead generation and conversion processes.

Location: Flexible hybrid/onsite in Delft, London, or Kaiserslautern with remote options within Europe.

What you will do

  • Lead regional GTM planning in close partnership with Sales leadership to drive predictable demand.
  • Build and manage a world-class global events portfolio encompassing trade shows, webinars, and owned flagship events.
  • Establish strong operating rhythms and accountability frameworks for lead-to-opportunity follow-up.
  • Drive localized campaign execution while maintaining consistency with the global brand narrative.
  • Define and report on KPI frameworks to measure event and program performance/ROI.
  • Develop and lead the Field Marketing and Events teams through change and growth.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in field or event marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS.
  • Strong track record of driving pipeline creation and commercial impact.
  • Experience building and managing a complex portfolio of global events.
  • Ability to partner deeply with Sales leadership and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in setting KPIs and optimizing marketing performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) approaches.
  • Experience in improving lifecycle follow-up and conversion paths.
