What you will do
- Lead regional GTM planning in close partnership with Sales leadership to drive predictable demand.
- Build and manage a world-class global events portfolio encompassing trade shows, webinars, and owned flagship events.
- Establish strong operating rhythms and accountability frameworks for lead-to-opportunity follow-up.
- Drive localized campaign execution while maintaining consistency with the global brand narrative.
- Define and report on KPI frameworks to measure event and program performance/ROI.
- Develop and lead the Field Marketing and Events teams through change and growth.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in field or event marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS.
- Strong track record of driving pipeline creation and commercial impact.
- Experience building and managing a complex portfolio of global events.
- Ability to partner deeply with Sales leadership and drive cross-functional alignment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in setting KPIs and optimizing marketing performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) approaches.
- Experience in improving lifecycle follow-up and conversion paths.
