Senior Fullstack Developer (Java, React)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Develop backend functionality for a large-scale enterprise health insurance platform.
• Implement new features, backend enhancements, and system integrations.
• Optimize API performance, data processing workflows, and backend logic.
• Contribute to UI development using React and TypeScript alongside backend tasks.
• Collaborate with designers, PMs, and QAs in an agile delivery environment.
• Investigate and troubleshoot production issues to ensure system stability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Java backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot 3.x and REST API design.
• Frontend experience with React, TypeScript, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for data engineering and processing.
• Experience with container orchestration platforms like ARO or OpenShift.
• Must be able to work hybrid from the Buenos Aires office.

Nice to have

• Healthcare domain experience or background in regulated industries.
• Knowledge of Microfrontend (MFE) architecture and Redux.
• Familiarity with DevOps/DevSecOps practices and GitOps workflows.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
