Senior Full-Stack Software Developer (Java+React)

Location: Argentina; working hours are 10:00 AM–6:00/7:00 PM ART.

What you will do

• Develop backend functionality for an enterprise time-tracking platform.
• Implement new features, enhancements, and integrations.
• Optimize data processing, REST API performance, and backend logic.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and senior developers.
• Investigate production issues and maintain code quality through engineering best practices.
• Participate in technical discussions, architectural decisions, and improvement proposals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Java backend development.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot 3.x experience, including REST API design, authentication, authorization, and web security.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for data processing and data engineering workflows.
• Working frontend skills in React, TypeScript, and CSS.
• Experience with Azure Red Hat OpenShift or an equivalent container orchestration platform, Jenkins, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or another AI-based coding assistant, plus strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or regulated-industry experience.
• Redux, Webpack, microfrontend architecture, MuleSoft, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platform experience.
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, GitOps, SonarQube, Dynatrace, NGINX, PCF/OpenShift, UCD, or Insomnia.
• Experience with agile delivery practices, Jira, estimation, and sprint planning.
