Senior Full-Stack Engineer (AI)

Location: Remote for full-time employees in the UK, Ireland, Estonia, the Netherlands, Sweden and Israel; contractors may work from Eastern Europe and Portugal.

What you will do

• Own AI cost visibility features end-to-end, from understanding customer problems and designing solutions to implementation, release, monitoring and iteration.
• Build and scale Go backend services that ingest and model AI spend, including token pricing, model usage, inference and GPU economics.
• Develop APIs and TypeScript/React product interfaces that help FinOps practitioners and platform engineers analyze cloud costs.
• Turn large volumes of cost and usage data into clear, fast and trustworthy financial insights.
• Use AI tools across code exploration, prototyping, implementation, debugging, testing and documentation while maintaining engineering quality.
• Raise engineering standards through design reviews, reliable development practices, mentoring and technical direction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including work with multi-tenant SaaS products and production ownership of features or products.
• Strong Go experience for backend services, APIs and data processing.
• Strong TypeScript and modern React experience, with the ability to work across the full stack.
• Experience with public cloud platforms, preferably GCP, and working proficiency in SQL with an analytical store such as BigQuery.
• Product-oriented thinking, strong software engineering and architecture knowledge, and the ability to set technical direction.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of FinOps and FinOps products.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• A portfolio demonstrating previously built products or features.
