Fullstack Developer with Java and React, Analytics Hub

What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend functionality using Java, Spring, and REST APIs.
• Enhance and support production frontend applications built with React and TypeScript.
• Implement database features, troubleshoot data correctness issues, and optimize SQL queries across relational databases.
• Investigate complex production incidents, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes.
• Collaborate with product, support, QA, and engineering specialists to deliver features and maintain product quality.
• Maintain framework-based code, automated tests, CI/CD processes, technical documentation, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant full-stack development experience.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring, dependency injection, REST controllers, and existing framework-based codebases.
• Good knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including data troubleshooting and query performance optimization.
• Practical experience with React Hooks, component composition, TypeScript, state management such as Redux, and modern build tools.
• Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and automated testing, together with strong debugging and ownership skills.
• English at B2 Upper Intermediate or higher; ability to communicate with international colleagues and handle customer and support requests.

Nice to have

• Experience with Atlassian Data Center applications, P2 Plugins, Atlassian Plugin SDK, Spring Scanner, or Marketplace applications.
• Experience supporting customer-facing products and working directly with customer or support requests.
• Familiarity with BI and analytics tools, OData, performance profiling, large datasets, secure coding, or Atlassian Cloud migration paths.
