Senior Fullstack TypeScript Developer

Location: 100% remote, Poland

What you will do

• Audit the existing manufacturing software system and assess its technical condition.
• Design the application architecture and define the direction of future development.
• Refactor, rebuild, and industrialize the existing solution through hands-on coding.
• Decide what to retain, refactor, or rebuild while identifying production risks.
• Build a professional engineering process around AI-assisted development.

Requirements

• Strong TypeScript skills with full-stack development experience.
• Very good Node.js, backend, modern JavaScript/TypeScript frontend, SQL, PostgreSQL, and database design skills.
• Experience taking over and refactoring existing codebases, assessing application architecture, and integrating external APIs.
• Experience with automated testing, CI/CD, GitHub, branching and release processes, cloud deployment, and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of application security, authentication and authorization, monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Very good English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Stripe.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot.
