What you will do

  • Proactively identify, schedule, and conduct meetings with restaurant owners using cold-calling and walk-in strategies.
  • Present and sell the complete portfolio of hirify.global services, including booking widgets, software tools, and marketing solutions.
  • Create personalized commercial offers aligned with individual restaurant needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact and negotiation to successful deal closure and online publication.
  • Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with restaurant partners.

Requirements

  • Native Italian proficiency is mandatory.
  • English proficiency (B2 level expected).
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B business development, preferably within the hospitality or restaurant sector.
  • Strong commercial mindset with proven influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience using CRM software.
  • Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
