TL;DR

Director, Performance Marketing & Campaigns (AI): Overseeing global paid acquisition and integrated campaign execution to drive revenue growth for AI product pillars with an accent on data-driven experimentation and ABM strategies. Focus on aligning performance marketing with sales targets, scaling demand generation engines, and leveraging AI tools to optimize pipeline and conversion efficiency.

Location: Hybrid (London) - Required to be in the office twice a week

What you will do

  • Define and scale global paid acquisition strategies across search, social, display, and ABM for SMB and enterprise segments.
  • Lead and mentor a team of performance marketers and campaign managers focused on Language AI, Voice, and API pillars.
  • Partner with Marketing Data Science to build rigorous measurement frameworks and revenue attribution models.
  • Develop campaign strategies and messaging frameworks that drive high-intent demand and pipeline growth.
  • Drive a culture of experimentation using AI-powered insights to optimize conversion rates, velocity, and CAC.
  • Represent performance and campaign marketing at the senior leadership level to align investment with GTM priorities.

Requirements

  • 12–15 years of experience in performance marketing or integrated campaign management, preferably in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of scaling multi-channel paid acquisition programs in global scale-ups (500+ employees).
  • Deep AI literacy with experience embedding AI tools into marketing operations and demand generation workflows.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data to influence strategy and investment at the executive level.
  • Experience leading and developing teams of 5+ marketers with a focus on upskilling and team culture.
  • Deep understanding of the B2B buying cycle, including product-led growth and enterprise sales motions.
