What you will do
- Develop and execute B2B demand generation engines optimized for buyer conversion and demo requests.
- Lead the transition from horizontal to vertical narrative and positioning across target industries.
- Direct the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for next-generation product launches.
- Build a comprehensive sales enablement library to support revenue growth and deal conversion.
- Manage a distributed team of senior marketers, aligning regional efforts under one cohesive vision.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to fuel the revenue engine.
Requirements
- Proven experience in building demand generation engines from zero to scale within a new market.
- Expertise in product marketing leadership and translating complex product value into vertical narratives.
- Demonstrated ability to own pipeline performance and partner closely with Sales leadership.
- Experience in managing senior marketing professionals across different time zones.
- Deep understanding of complex B2B buyer journeys and vertical marketing program development.
- Ability to thrive in a transformative, high-growth organizational environment.
