What you will do
- Develop and lead comprehensive digital performance strategies aligned with brand and sales objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end execution and optimization of campaigns across paid search, social, and programmatic channels.
- Utilize WPP Open and advanced analytics to maximize media effectiveness and ROI.
- Mentor and develop a team of digital specialists to foster high performance and technical proficiency.
- Collaborate with internal strategy, creative, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign integration.
- Analyze performance data to provide clear, actionable recommendations to senior internal and client leadership.
Requirements
- Significant, progressive experience in digital performance marketing for large-scale clients.
- Expert proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, DV360, SA360, and Amazon Ads.
- Deep understanding of the ad-tech and mar-tech ecosystem including CDPs, DMPs, and attribution models.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills using tools like Google Analytics 4, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proven ability to manage significant media budgets and mentor high-performing teams.
- Google Ads Search & Display Certifications required.
Nice to have
- Meta Blueprint Certifications.
- Advanced certifications in SA360, DV360, or other major ad platforms.
