What you will do
- Own and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads to drive high-quality leads.
- Lead AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and SEO strategies to strengthen organic acquisition and visibility for AI-driven discovery.
- Drive conversion rate optimization through A/B testing, UX analysis, and landing page personalization.
- Partner with design and product teams on website redesigns and performance-focused site architecture improvements.
- Analyze acquisition funnels and report on key metrics like CAC, CPL, and pipeline contribution to stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and forecasting for diverse marketing channels and regions.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in performance marketing within a B2B SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Proven ability to manage and scale paid media campaigns with clear ROI impact.
- Expertise in CRO, including A/B testing and website performance optimization.
- Solid understanding of SEO/AEO fundamentals and site architecture.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling and performance dashboards.
- Must be based in or able to work from London.
