Location: Denver, Colorado

Salary: $150,000-$175,000 plus variable compensation

What you will do

  • Increase deal velocity and drive results.
  • Coach, develop, and manage the performance of the Land and Expansion Sales team.
  • Manage day-to-day sales activities, focusing on key sales metrics.
  • Improve prospecting, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and closing processes.
  • Help define and develop the company’s sales strategy and territory planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience with 3 years of successful sales leadership experience in pan-European enterprise customers.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Track record of successfully managing remote, inside sales, and field sales teams.
  • Operational knowledge of Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and current Internet technologies.
  • Expertise in the Internal Communications market.
  • Analytical and excellent written and oral communication skills (Fluent English).
