Location: Hybrid, San Francisco, CA. Must be authorized to work in the US.

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market customers throughout the entire lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
  • Monitor account health and proactively identify risks to mitigate churn.
  • Drive product adoption through training, enablement, and implementation of best practices.
  • Lead customer business reviews to highlight ROI and platform impact.
  • Partner with Sales to identify and execute on expansion and upsell opportunities.
  • Surface customer insights to guide internal product and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Strong experience navigating fast-moving, high-growth startup environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and account health tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
