Salary: $120,000–$130,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market customers throughout the entire lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.
- Monitor account health and proactively identify risks to mitigate churn.
- Drive product adoption through training, enablement, and implementation of best practices.
- Lead customer business reviews to highlight ROI and platform impact.
- Partner with Sales to identify and execute on expansion and upsell opportunities.
- Surface customer insights to guide internal product and operational improvements.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship available.
- Strong experience navigating fast-moving, high-growth startup environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and account health tracking.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
