Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL
Salary: $110K - $130K OTE

What you will do
- Own a portfolio of 20–30 global enterprise accounts end-to-end.
- Build lasting relationships with senior stakeholders, from super users to CxOs.
- Drive retention by ensuring customers are getting real, measurable value from the platform.
- Identify and lead upsell and cross-sell opportunities across your accounts.
- Partner with 's delivery and product teams to advocate for your clients.
- Bring a consultative approach to complex, multi-stakeholder conversations.
Requirements
- 3+ years in account management, customer success, or B2B SaaS sales.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable navigating complex software and helping others do the same.
- Strong communicator in English; other languages (especially Spanish) are a bonus.
- A background in procurement or procurement tech is a strong differentiator.
- Excited by working across global markets, with some travel (up to ~30 days/year).
