What you will do

• Manage and improve the integration of recruiting tools including Greenhouse, Gem, and Workday.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement practical, scalable solutions to reduce friction.
• Apply automation and AI-driven insights to improve hiring velocity and quality.
• Use data analytics to monitor pipeline health and guide strategic operational improvements.
• Lead process design initiatives while maintaining a hands-on approach to daily execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and improving recruiting operations within growing organizations.
• Hands-on technical proficiency with Greenhouse, Gem, and HRIS tools like Workday.
• Strong background in process mapping, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaboration with IT or People Ops.
• Ability to leverage data to drive operational decisions and identify systemic issues.
• Familiarity with global data privacy and compliance standards regarding candidate information.
