What you will do

• Troubleshoot application and underlying technical issues escalated to L2.
• Support customers, partners, and consultants in resolving complex technical problems.
• Collaborate with R&D, L1 support, and consulting departments.
• Maintain clear documentation of support cases and resolutions.
• Stay updated with new product features and continuous system improvements.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English and Polish (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in SQL, XML, and JSON.
• Ability to identify root causes of complex technical issues.
• Comfort working in a technical environment and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
• Attention to detail during diagnostics.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AP processes or previous experience with AP Automation, Capture, or Procurement software.
