What you will do

  • Support users across BaaS ecosystems, API implementations, and White Label solutions.
  • Address inquiries regarding card operations, platform limits, and payment features.
  • Create clear internal documentation and guides to improve the knowledge base.
  • Analyze and reproduce technical bugs while escalating critical issues to development teams.
  • Manage incoming requests via ticketing systems to improve support workflows.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to resolve complex technical cases.

Requirements

  • Experience in fintech, crypto products, or B2B platforms.
  • Basic programming knowledge or QA experience with API tools like Postman and curl.
  • Understanding of fundamental banking and payment systems.
  • Proficiency in ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Intercom.
  • Active use of AI tools for prompt engineering and automation.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
