What you will do
- Build and customize AI Agents to deliver personalized customer experiences.
- Identify process improvements and translate business requirements into technical solutions using APIs, JS, or Python.
- Handle advanced platform configurations, integrations with CRM and e-commerce systems, and custom implementations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to build strong relationships with stakeholders and maximize platform ROI.
- Plan and manage the post-sale customer journey, from onboarding and optimization to renewal and advocacy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to influence product roadmaps based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B experience, including 3+ years in technical account management or solutions consulting.
- Fluency in English and Polish is required.
- Hands-on technical proficiency with prompt engineering, scripting in JavaScript or Python, and working with REST/GraphQL APIs.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and consultative communication skills.
- Ability to facilitate process mapping workshops and present ROI effectively to stakeholders.
- Self-starter mindset comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI chatbot technologies, CRM systems, or enterprise-level project management.
- Prior roles combining customer success and technical implementation ownership.
- Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
