What you will do

  • Build and customize AI Agents to deliver personalized customer experiences.
  • Identify process improvements and translate business requirements into technical solutions using APIs, JS, or Python.
  • Handle advanced platform configurations, integrations with CRM and e-commerce systems, and custom implementations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to build strong relationships with stakeholders and maximize platform ROI.
  • Plan and manage the post-sale customer journey, from onboarding and optimization to renewal and advocacy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to influence product roadmaps based on customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B experience, including 3+ years in technical account management or solutions consulting.
  • Fluency in English and Polish is required.
  • Hands-on technical proficiency with prompt engineering, scripting in JavaScript or Python, and working with REST/GraphQL APIs.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and consultative communication skills.
  • Ability to facilitate process mapping workshops and present ROI effectively to stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mindset comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI chatbot technologies, CRM systems, or enterprise-level project management.
  • Prior roles combining customer success and technical implementation ownership.
  • Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
