What you will do

  • Build and customize AI Agents to deliver personalized customer experiences.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions, including API integrations, scripts, and advanced platform configurations.
  • Facilitate process mapping and guide enterprise customers from initial setup to long-term platform adoption.
  • Collaborate with Account Directors to manage customer portfolios throughout the entire post-sale lifecycle.
  • Advocate for customer needs by gathering feedback to influence future product roadmaps.
  • Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert for stakeholders and champions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B customer-facing roles, with 3+ years in Technical Account Management or Solutions Consulting.
  • Fluency in both English and German is mandatory.
  • Hands-on technical proficiency with APIs (REST, GraphQL), prompt engineering, and scripting in JavaScript or Python.
  • Proven ability to manage technical implementations and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Experience working with mid-market or enterprise-level SaaS clients.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Nice to have

  • Background in AI agents, chatbots, CRM, or customer service technologies.
  • Experience engaging with C-level stakeholders on enterprise-level projects.
  • Prior experience in roles combining customer success and implementation ownership.
