Technical Support Engineer: Providing user support for technical issues, monitoring systems, and basic database administration with an accent on solving technical problems remotely. Focus on cooperating with the technical team and escalating more complex incidents during night shifts.

What you will do

Provide user support for technical issues remotely.
Monitor systems and respond to requests.
Perform basic database administration.
Cooperate with the technical team and escalate complex incidents.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of databases.
Communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
Very good knowledge of Polish and English (min. B2)
Good organization of work during night shifts.

Nice to have

Basic knowledge of Linux.
