What you will do

  • Provide user support for technical issues remotely.
  • Monitor systems and respond to requests.
  • Perform basic database administration.
  • Cooperate with the technical team and escalate complex incidents.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of databases.
  • Communication skills and the ability to solve problems independently.
  • Very good knowledge of Polish and English (min. B2)
  • Good organization of work during night shifts.

Nice to have

  • Basic knowledge of Linux.
