What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical resource for pre-sales engagements focused on physical security use cases.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to tailor presentations for executive protection teams and threat intelligence units.
• Articulate how online personal data exposure fuels risks such as stalking, doxxing, and physical threats.
• Lead technical responses for RFPs, security evaluations, and prospect inquiries.
• Develop internal enablement materials, FAQs, and value propositions centered on physical security outcomes.
• Maintain cross-functional alignment between Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in pre-sales or solutions engineering roles within physical security, EP, or corporate threat sectors.
• Familiarity with executive protection operations, GSOC functions, or high-risk personnel programs.
• Ability to effectively present to diverse audiences ranging from technical security professionals to C-suite stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience creating technical documentation and slide decks.
• Capacity to support multiple sales territories and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel for business as this role requires domestic and international travel.
